Hi everyone. My name is Carol, and welcome to C2H3 my brand new sporting and running blog.
I’m interested in many different areas and aspects of sports and fitness. I prefer solo sports and fitness, although I have previously competed in team sports such as football and basketball. Running has been my favourite fitness and sporting activity since forever. I started running over 20 years ago whilst studying at college, and have kept it up ever since. One of my favourite things about running is the ability to zone out and focus on your steps and thoughts, I find it almost meditational. Other fitness activities I regularly do include yoga and pilates, cycling and spin class, hiking and rock climbing and general gym fitness.
Without working out I think I would end up going insane. And I’m sure there’s many of you out there who think the same as me. So join me on my blog, as I tell my tips and trick for running and other fitness activities, my favourite fashion fitness items and lots more.
